The ICx New Heights Sky Watch platform is a manned surveillance tower designed to deter criminals and provide law enforcement with a 360 degree field of view of open spaces, parking areas, parks, and other outdoor venues enabling public access for gatherings, shopping, sightseeing and other legitimate activities. The towers are trailer based and hydraulically or electrically lifted to a platform height of 25 feet. Every tower includes the basics for the comfort and safety of the officer inside through adjustable heat and air conditioning, tinted sliding glass windows and comfortable seating.

The T3 is designed for police patrols where horses, bicycles or cruisers aren't effective. The T3 three-wheeler offers enhanced visibility from its 9-inch riding platform and can turn on its rear-wheel axis. Top speed is 25 mph and the vehicle runs on two rechargeable batteries that give it a range of about 30 miles.
